Program Coordinator – HIV Prevention and Gender-Affirming Care

PHIMC seeks a Program Coordinator to support the planning and implementation of routine HIV screening and gender-affirming care in Illinois.

The Transgender and Gender Diverse Wellness and Equity Program aims to provide comprehensive, lifesaving, and medically necessary gender-affirming care to transgender, gender diverse, and LGBTQ+ people throughout the state of Illinois.

The Program Coordinator will work closely on both programs to understand technical assistance needed to support routine HIV screening implementation and activities related to gender-affirming care and to connect sites with resources and support. Join our team to make a difference.
