Action Camp, co-hosted by PHIMC’s Alliance program and Youth Services’ Pride Youth program, is a five-day sleepaway camp that brings to life the world young people want to live in. Students from across Illinois come together for five days of youth-led workshops, social events, and community building, and we are excited to gather from Monday, July 29 through Friday, August 2, 2024.

Action Camp is a space often described as “magical” where youth can see their identities reflected back at them, sharpen their critical lens, strengthen their own anti-oppressive frameworks, and actively skill-share and practice creating spaces where all identities are safe, supported, affirmed, and celebrated.

No camper is ever turned away from Action Camp for lack of funds, and your support helps to make this possible!
