Registration is now open for the May 2024 Combined Illinois Reentry Statewide and Taskforce Meeting convened by Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago (PHIMC) and AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC). PHIMC and AFC are hosting a virtual Lived Experience panel on Wednesday, May 15 from 10 AM until 12 PM. Through open dialogue, the Lived Experience Panel aims to shed light on the holistic health needs of justice impacted individuals upon reintegrating into communities, while humanizing their realities and the experiences of their advocates and supporters.
