The Combined Illinois Reentry Statewide and Community Reentry Taskforce Meeting supports justice impacted individuals and professionals within the fields of corrections and public health in Chicago and throughout the state of Illinois.

Please join us to learn about opportunities, resources, and services for those who work with justice impacted individuals and individuals who are currently incarcerated or reentering communities in Chicago and throughout the state of Illinois.

PHIMC strongly encourages all inquiries to be submitted no later than one week prior to the date of the convening to allow sufficient time for support. Please note that delays in contacting reentry@phimc.org regarding issues with registration may result in the issue not being resolved prior to the meeting.

Note: All attendees must complete their own registration for the meeting. Only individuals who receive a registration confirmation from PHIMC will be recognized as official meeting participants. Those who join without confirmation will not be counted as attendees.
