Chicago’s 13th Annual Recovery Walk is led by the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), in conjunction with the lead organization, the Public Health Institute of Metropolitan of Chicago, and in partnership with the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS-DASA) and the Illinois Association of Extended Care (IAEC).  The Walk will take place on Saturday, September 24, 2016.
