Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago (PHIMC) is pleased to announce the availability of funding for Expansion and Enhancement of Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder in Chicago and the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP). The total award amount for this funding opportunity is $700,000 and will fund a cohort of agencies. This RFP will be issued by PHIMC as the Lead Organization on behalf of Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH), Office of Violence Prevention and Behavioral Health.

This RFP is for a contract period of July 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017. Subject to the availability of funds, PHIMC may renew the contract for an additional 12-month period, beginning January 1, 2018 and ending in December 31, 2018. If renewed, the scope and budget extension in 2018 will be based on the initial six-month award and subcontractor performance.
