SUMMARY:Combined Illinois Statewide and Chicago Reentry Taskforce Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Register now for the combined March 2023 Illinois Statewide and Chicago Reentry Taskforce Meeting convened by Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago (PHIMC). The goal of the Statewide Meeting is to share resources\, information\, and services\, in a collaborative environment around issues of incarceration\, community reentry\, and public health. Service providers come to this space to share and hear updates from agencies around the state of Illinois. We will also be joined by Chicago Reentry Taskforce members. Convened by PHIMC in partnership with AIDS Foundation of Chicago (AFC)\, the Taskforce works to develop a public health response and innovative solutions to combat incarceration and syndemics that include HIV\, Hepatitis C\, and substance use disorders.More details for invited speakers at the combined Illinois Statewide and Chicago Reentry Taskforce meeting will be sent in advance of the meeting.Register here.
